In three steps

Order, pay, wear.

  1. Select sizes

    You place articles in the desired size into the shopping cart. Each item is a firm pre-order.

  2. Register and Submit

    At checkout, you will create an account with a shipping address. Nothing will be paid yet.

  3. Pay and receive

    After the pre-order period expires, we will send the payment request. We will then produce and deliver within the specified window.

Our Concept

Good for the environment, children, and your wallet.

The fashion industry produces speculatively. What's left over is either sold off cheaply or destroyed. Pre-ordering turns this on its head: we only order when we know what's needed.

For you, this means sales prices at the right time of year, instead of full price in August for a jacket that's needed in January.

Scandinavian sizes in centimeters.

Scandinavian brands list height in centimeters, not age. Measure your child and choose the next size up — for an entire season, it's better to go one size larger.

Questions

Pre-order FAQs.

  • Is the pre-order really binding?

    Yes. We order exactly the pre-ordered quantities from the brands. By submitting, you enter into a binding purchase agreement. After 11 September 2026, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • When and how do I pay?

    After the deadline closes, we will send a payment request. In Switzerland, you pay by TWINT, in Denmark by MobilePay. Nothing will be charged when submitting the pre-order.

  • Why do I need to register?

    We need your delivery address and a way to contact you regarding payment after the deadline. You can view all your pre-orders in your account.

  • What if the size doesn't fit?

    Upon delivery, the normal return policy for ill-fitting items applies. The pre-order itself cannot be cancelled after the deadline.

  • When will it be delivered?

    Within the specified delivery window, 24 September – 1 October 2026. We ship from Basel and Copenhagen as soon as the goods arrive and will inform you by email.

  • Do you deliver to both countries?

    Yes. nordiccircle.ch serves Switzerland with prices in CHF, nordiccircle.dk serves Denmark with prices in DKK. Both shops display both currencies.
